Sleep is vitally important for children and their parents. Karen will share evidence based practical tips to help children with sensory disability get more sleep. She will also share practical tips for parents with young children experiencing sleep challenges.


Karen Willcocks is a Child and Family Health Nurse educator who has been working for Karitane, developing sleep programs with and for parents for almost 20 years.
