This workshop provided a range of teaching strategies, tips and tricks to support the development of braille literacy for students from infancy through to secondary school.

Resources shared included those from dAp Dots which is a collection of Braille books and Braille resources that help with learning and understanding the basics of the UEB Braille code. dAp Dots resources are designed to provide an effective foundation to Braille literacy for parents and children.

This workshop also provided suggestions to support dual media learners.
