As some states and territories begin to reach our national target vaccination rate and COVID-19 restrictions are gradually reduced, NextSense is working hard to ensure that our services are provided to our community in a COVID-safe manner.

We’ll start delivering more in-person services where we can, and we’ll slowly increase these to become more available as time progresses. Our priority is the health and wellbeing of our clients, our staff and the community, so some of our services will continue to be delivered differently and we’ll continue to use telepractice where we can.

As we work towards ‘COVID-normal’, our services may look a little bit different to ensure everyone’s health and safety. To support this, we have implemented our own COVID-19 protocols around the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), cleaning, and screening our staff and clients.

We will continue to follow all government health advice and do everything possible to keep our community safe.

NextSense supports the rollout of vaccinations to all Australians and will continue to provide services to all our clients. We’ll work with each of our clients to achieve the most effective and safe way to access services.

While the past two years have brought with them many challenges, we are excited to deliver more of our services in the safest possible way for our clients who need us.

We’re here to answer any questions you have about the steps we’re taking to keep you safe and meet your goals. If you have any questions or concerns, contact our Client Care team.
