    General Manager, Deaf Sport Australia

    Phil Harper (PhD) has been the General Manager, Deaf Sport Australia since 2019 and on the Deaf Sport Australia Board 2008-2017. He has worked in deaf community / services since 1980’s and has a background in advocacy, accessible technology, human rights, and sports.
