‘Screening beyond UNHS: Working Towards Consensus’

A Virtual 1 Day Interactive Workshop

Brought to you by the Australasian Newborn Hearing Screening Committee

This one-day event will have a focus on hearing screening beyond the newborn period, which may include infancy, pre-school and school-age.

Attendees will participate in interactive facilitated sessions, which will guide the process on reaching a consensus on approaches to screening for childhood hearing beyond UNHS in Australasia. All preparation materials will be shared 7 days prior to the workshop.

This interactive workshop is sponsored by the Australasian Newborn Hearing Screening (ANHS) Committee and is hosted by Next Sense Institute.

This activity: ‘Screening beyond UNHS: Working towards Consensus Virtual 1 Day Interactive workshop’, has been endorsed by Audiology Australia. The endorsement number is CPD2223 008 and the categories and CPD points are Category 1.2 - 3.25 CPD points and Category 2.2 - 2.5 CPD points.

NZAS members will be able to claim up to 5 CEP points for attendance for the full day, or 3 points if only attending the morning sessions and 2 points for the afternoon session. CEP points claimed must be supported by evidence of attendance at the workshop sessions.
