Course Information

Following on from the Audiology Masterclass on 6 May, we are offering a workshop in how to use and interpret the PLUM and HATS checklists. We will explore their clinical application in primary health settings: How do the checklists fit in with ear health and hearing checks? How can they be embedded into early childhood primary health checks? How can the PLUM and HATS be used to guide the ongoing management of a child with OM? How do the checklists promote awareness of hearing health and the impacts of ear disease on communication development? A series of case studies will be presented to illustrate the varied applications of the checklists, and to encourage discussion on the use of the tools.

Registration for this event will provide free access to the PLUM and HATS Audiology Masterclass.
