A big thank you to our generous supporters, committed matched givers, and hard-working staff and volunteers, who helped us exceed a $300,000 fundraising target on our third Giving Day, held on 18 September.
A total of $376,022 was raised for NextSense School.
All donations were matched dollar-for-dollar by philanthropic partners including the Australasian College of Audiometry; The Matchmore Group; John and Lynne Church; The Henson Foundation; The Gaudry Foundation; John Dorrington; and Dr Andrew Pethebridge.
Funds will be used to provide specialised education to children who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind or have low vision at the School.
We received some wonderful messages of support from donors on the day.
“We are so appreciative of the work you do it. It helped our family very much,” said Ned.
