Dr Joshua Jervis-Bardy is a reputable sub-specialist ear surgeon based in northern NSW with expertise and passion for otology.

Dr Jervis-Bardy began practising as an ENT specialist in 2017. After a short stint on the Gold Coast, he took up several consultant posts at large teaching hospitals in South Australia, including the Women’s and Children Hospital in Adelaide.

This was followed by a fellowship in Arkansas under the tutelage of Professor John Dornhoffer where he studied and trained in the field of otology. Dr Jervis-Bardy returned to northern NSW in 2019 to focus on cochlear implant services and running an academic service for better management of chronic suppurative otitis media (CSOM) in Australia’s Indigenous population.

Dr Jervis-Bardy consults in Northern NSW fortnightly. He spends the rest of his time on outreach trips primarily treating ear disease in Indigenous children, at the Lismore Base Hospital, or at the beach with his family.
